Bahrain and consulting/auditing with Ernst &
Young. Manoj's industry focus is
banking and financial services clients.
Manoj has over 9 years of international
experience having worked in Bahrain and USA.
Manoj is heading the USA operation and in
charge of business development in USA.

Govardhan has about thirty years of banking
experience in India and Overseas. He
operated at various levels - including that
of senior executive, vice president, chief
executive, director and group consultant –
and has extensive hands-on experience in HR,
Credit, Operations, Risk Management,
Treasury, Audit and General Management.
He has developed and implemented Bank-wide
Risk Management Programme under the new
capital accord for two banks overseas. Was a
member of a
Public Sector Board for Energy overseas.

Mechanical Engineer
Piyush
has over 15 years of experience in TQM
concepts. Piyush has successfully implemented ISO 14000, OHSAS
18000, TS 16949 & QS 9000 in auto ancillary
units. Piyush has worked
with reputed organizations and has jointly
worked on various productivity & quality
improvement projects with associate consultants
like Andersen Consulting and Eicher Consulting.
He is also founder of
PMG Consultants, a TQM consulting
company in Delhi. ERM leverages on his
expertise in business process improvement
(including six sigma methodologies) and process
risk assessment.
